If you use Hotmail, Windows Live, or MSN, you may want to change your password for your e-mail/passport account just in case. Apparently some hacker posted the usernames and passwords to “thousands” of accounts on pastebin.com—they’re removed the post already—and Microsoft have confirmed the attack:

Over the weekend Microsoft learned that several thousand Windows Live Hotmail customers’ credentials were exposed on a third-party site due to a likely phishing scheme. Upon learning of the issue, we immediately requested that the credentials be removed and launched an investigation to determine the impact to customers.

If you are locked out of your account, Microsoft have requested that you fill out this form to reclaim access to your account.
